In most
organizations, operating cost, especially in the administrative, technical and
sales departments, are still a huge source for potential savings.
proceedit has developed special methodologies (BPM Think & Go WorkShop & OPEX WorkShop), to discover and fix

The proceedit’s methodology follow the steps indicated in the
following figure. We begin with the current process where, in most of the
