proceedit has three main capabilities that ensures to obtain
high level savings when developing and maintaining BPM Processes for its clients: access to a 550+
processes of its knowledge base, own methodologies and technologies for process
standardization and the capacity to easily switch from one to another BPMS Suite supporting the processes.
The members of the proceedit Cluster are contributing with their business
knowledge to increase day after day the knowledge base of “prêt-à-porter” BPM
Processes, nearly ready to use with a small effort of standardization and
customization. This brings to proceedit the capacity to put in the market one new easy
reusable BPM Process Class per month.
The BPM Factory operated by proceedit applies very elaborated methodologies and specific
own standardization technologies developed during the last 4 years which facilitates that our Process Classes can be easily reused by many different customers
with small degree of customization being these changes and additions always
included in the standard as a new version.
By working in this
way, the development costs of our Automation
Solutions can be shared among several customers and thus permitting to
apply much lower costs, around 90
%, for each customer, compared
with the traditional tailor made approach normally applied in the BPM industry.
Additional
advantages of the standardization methodology applied by proceedit are: 1) the capacity to quickly develop BPM Processes on any BPMS
technology having available an interoperability SOA layer, and 2) a very light effort required for
switching from one to another BPMS
technology and thus leading to a very low migration effort, which is especially
relevant when knowing that 80
% of the BPMS Platforms being offered in the market in our days will
disappear in the coming 5 years.
This unique
capability of proceedit’s standardization approach makes customers almost
independent of the specific technology chosen and then reduces the risk and the
stress associated to the election of their BPMS
Suite, converting this choice on a tactical decision instead of a highly
strategically, almost irreversible election.
